We are looking for a Senior/Staff Fullstack Engineer who is bold, innovative, and culturally connected, ready to contribute to groundbreaking achievements. You will take ownership of projects and features with minimal guidance while focusing on writing high-quality, maintainable code. You will follow and contribute to coding standards, and actively participate in product discovery to simplify product and technical design.

Responsibilities
- Handle projects and features with minimal guidance, ensuring high-quality code delivery.
- Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code while refining legacy code.
- Incorporate best practices into daily work to demonstrate passion for software craftsmanship.
- Communicate proactively within the team and reach out to overcome challenges.
- Simplify product design by engaging with Designers and Product Managers.
Qualifications
- Proven engineering experience, capable of leading complex projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
- Extensive experience with modern React frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Vite) and proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Background in backend development, particularly with Python, Kotlin, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with monorepo projects and a solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
- Deep knowledge of software design principles and ability to design scalable web services and APIs.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, along with deployment automation.
- Strong product sense, focused on delivering high-quality user experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Experience mentoring peers and junior engineers, promoting best practices in software engineering.
