You will manage SEO across multiple websites and accounts, from audit to implementation to reporting, and work alongside a high-performance team of specialists in paid media, content, AI, and web development. Responsibilities
- Conduct full technical SEO audits and hands-on implementation across client and group websites
- Perform on-page optimisation, including metadata, content structure, internal linking, and URLs
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor gap identification
- Track and report on organic performance using GA4 and Google Search Console
- Implement Schema Markup, improve Core Web Vitals, and enhance site architecture
- Build off-page authority and engage in ethical link acquisition
- Collaborate with web, content, and performance teams to embed SEO into every project
- Stay ahead of AI search trends, including GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation)
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable organic growth results
- Strong technical SEO capability; you don’t just flag issues, you fix them
- Proficiency with tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4
- Working knowledge of WordPress and/or Shopify
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Sharp analytical thinking with clear, actionable reporting output
- Agency background is a plus; an ownership mindset is non-negotiable
