Your responsibilities will include leading discovery workshops, delivering product and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs, building and presenting compelling demos of Salesforce Service Cloud products, and maintaining knowledge of technology trends and Salesforce products. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences while demonstrating curiosity for professional growth within Salesforce's internal training and mentorship programs.

Required Qualifications:
- Understanding of customer business requirements within the Middle East region, across various industries.
- Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, or training within a software solutions organization.
- Strong time management skills in a dynamic team environment.
- Curiosity and passion for technology and knowledge sharing.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Salesforce products and certifications is a plus but not mandatory.
