Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle in collaboration with various teams.
- Understand customer needs and position Salesforce’s products as the optimal solution.
- Develop and deliver custom solutions and presentations to key decision-makers.
- Participate in training and certifications to maintain knowledge vital to the role.
- Achieve quarterly and annual objectives set by management.
- Respond to RFPs and lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle.
- Engage in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives for career growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Digital Transformation strategies in regulated industries.
- Proven success in solution engineering, consultancy, or training for enterprise software solutions.
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities in dynamic environments.
- Team-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about technology and sharing knowledge.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
