Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Business Growth:

    • Define and execute a sales strategy for OT Cybersecurity solutions and Grid Automation lifecycle services.
    • Achieve order intake, revenue, and margin targets across utilities, renewables, and industrial energy accounts.
  • OT Cybersecurity Solution Selling:

    • Lead sales of end-to-end OT cybersecurity solutions, including risk assessments and security incident response.
    • Advise customers on compliance with IEC 62443 and local regulatory frameworks.
  • Grid Automation Services Sales:

    • Drive sales covering system upgrades, maintenance, and asset performance optimization.
    • Promote advanced service programs that increase asset value and enhance system security.
  • Customer Engagement & Account Management:

    • Develop strong relationships with utilities, energy companies, and grid operators.
    • Act as a trusted advisor on digital grid transformation and asset lifecycle optimization.
  • Pipeline Development & Opportunity Management:

    • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
    • Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
  • Commercial Execution:

    • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
    • Lead negotiations and manage deal closures.
  • Collaboration & Governance:

    • Work closely with business development and service delivery teams to ensure alignment and compliance.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Automation Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 6-10+ years of experience in sales within power systems, grid automation, or OT cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of SCADA, Substation Automation systems, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as IEC 62443 and ISO 27001.
  • Proven experience in complex solution selling and strategic account management.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
