Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Growth:
- Define and execute a sales strategy for OT Cybersecurity solutions and Grid Automation lifecycle services.
- Achieve order intake, revenue, and margin targets across utilities, renewables, and industrial energy accounts.
OT Cybersecurity Solution Selling:
- Lead sales of end-to-end OT cybersecurity solutions, including risk assessments and security incident response.
- Advise customers on compliance with IEC 62443 and local regulatory frameworks.
Grid Automation Services Sales:
- Drive sales covering system upgrades, maintenance, and asset performance optimization.
- Promote advanced service programs that increase asset value and enhance system security.
Customer Engagement & Account Management:
- Develop strong relationships with utilities, energy companies, and grid operators.
- Act as a trusted advisor on digital grid transformation and asset lifecycle optimization.
Pipeline Development & Opportunity Management:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
Commercial Execution:
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
- Lead negotiations and manage deal closures.
Collaboration & Governance:
- Work closely with business development and service delivery teams to ensure alignment and compliance.

Your Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Automation Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
6-10+ years of experience in sales within power systems, grid automation, or OT cybersecurity.
Strong knowledge of SCADA, Substation Automation systems, and related technologies.
Familiarity with compliance standards such as IEC 62443 and ISO 27001.
Proven experience in complex solution selling and strategic account management.
Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
