Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end project management process, from inception to completion.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while effectively managing project risks and issues.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring the delivery of best-fit solutions.
- Proactively address client concerns and strive for excellence in service delivery.
- Continuously review and improve service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for automation, and implementing best-fit solutions to streamline workflows.
- Implement rigorous quality assurance practices to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Efficiently allocate resources across various projects, balancing workload and optimizing team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure adequate staffing levels and technical expertise.
- Lead and manage the service delivery team, inculcating a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and facilitate skill development to enhance the team's capabilities.
- Maintain clear communication channels to ensure everyone is aligned with project objectives and deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital transformation, cloud, and cyber security.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or project management roles.
- Previous experience in managing teams and leading complex projects in the digital transformation, cloud, or cyber security domains.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding and anticipating their needs.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving common goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
