Location: Sharjah, Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Contract (12 months extendable)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and XaaS services.
- Lead onboarding and migration of workloads to private cloud, Azure, and hybrid environments.
- Drive SLA governance, service performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, NOC/SOC, and PMO teams.
- Handle major incident coordination, RCA management, and continual service improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with government entities and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in Service Delivery, IT Operations, or Enterprise Service Management.
- Hands-on exposure to cloud hosting, workload migration, and shared services models.
- Experience with Azure, VMware, OpenShift, DRaaS, BaaS, and hybrid cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, SLA management, governance, and compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Experience working with government or large enterprise environments is highly preferred.
Preferred Certifications:
- ITIL v4 Foundation / Managing Professional (Mandatory)
- Azure / VMware / Oracle Cloud Certifications
- PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are advantageous
