Service Delivery Manager – Entity Services & Workload Migration

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead enterprise service delivery, entity onboarding, and cloud workload migration initiatives for a large-scale government digital transformation environment in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and XaaS services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and customer satisfaction.

Location: Sharjah, Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Contract (12 months extendable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and XaaS services.
• Lead onboarding and migration of workloads to private cloud, Azure, and hybrid environments.
• Drive SLA governance, service performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, NOC/SOC, and PMO teams.
• Handle major incident coordination, RCA management, and continual service improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with government entities and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Service Delivery, IT Operations, or Enterprise Service Management.
• Hands-on exposure to cloud hosting, workload migration, and shared services models.
• Experience with Azure, VMware, OpenShift, DRaaS, BaaS, and hybrid cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, SLA management, governance, and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experience working with government or large enterprise environments is highly preferred.

Preferred Certifications:

• ITIL v4 Foundation / Managing Professional (Mandatory)
• Azure / VMware / Oracle Cloud Certifications
• PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are advantageous
