Service Delivery Manager – Entity Services & Workload Migration

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead enterprise service delivery, entity onboarding, and cloud workload migration initiatives for a large-scale government digital transformation environment in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and XaaS services
• Lead onboarding and migration of workloads to private cloud, Azure, and hybrid environments
• Drive SLA governance, service performance, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, NOC/SOC, and PMO teams
• Handle major incident coordination, RCA management, and continual service improvement initiatives
• Build strong relationships with government entities and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Service Delivery / IT Operations / Enterprise Service Management
• Hands-on exposure to cloud hosting, workload migration, and shared services models
• Experience with Azure, VMware, OpenShift, DRaaS, BaaS, and hybrid cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, SLA management, governance, and compliance
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience working with government or large enterprise environments is highly preferred

Preferred Certifications:

• ITIL v4 Foundation / Managing Professional (Mandatory)
• Azure / VMware / Oracle Cloud Certifications
• PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are advantageous

Location: Sharjah, Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Contract, 12 months extendable
