Responsibilities
- Design connected experiences that integrate digital, physical, and human interactions.
- Develop user journeys, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and flows that inform and inspire our product and engineering teams.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex systems and enhance usability.
- Partner with researchers, engineers, product managers, and fellow designers to bring ideas from concept to launch.
- Bring concepts to life with prototypes—ranging from rough sketches to polished mockups—and validate through testing.
- Stay curious, observe emerging patterns, and continually push the boundaries of what’s possible in service design.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Natural ability to spot patterns and relationships, bringing clarity to complex challenges.
- A human-centered mindset, designing with empathy grounded in real needs, behaviors, and environments.
- Expertise in UX/UI, crafting clean, intuitive digital experiences with a strong grasp of user experience and interface design principles.
- Effective communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate across teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing multi-channel services.
