As a Service Designer at the company, you’ll shape how our products and platforms integrate into real-world contexts. This role will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, focusing on intuitive, inclusive, and human-centered service design. You will collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and designers to craft service blueprints, user flows, and align touchpoints across digital and physical environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Connected Experiences: Create seamless end-to-end service experiences that connect digital, physical, and human interactions.
  • Shape Systems and Journeys: Develop user journeys, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and flows that inform our product and engineering teams.
  • Translate Vision into Reality: Design intuitive interfaces that simplify complex systems and enhance usability.
  • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work with various teams to bring ideas from concept to launch.
  • Prototype and Iterate: Develop prototypes from rough sketches to polished mockups and validate them through testing.
  • Learn and Evolve: Stay curious, observe emerging patterns, and push the boundaries of service design.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 years in relevant fields
  • Systems Thinking: Ability to spot patterns and relationships, bringing clarity to complex challenges.
  • Human-Centered Mindset: Empathetic design grounded in real needs and behaviors.
  • Strategic and Hands-On: Capable of both high-level strategy and detailed interface design.
  • UX/UI Expertise: Strong grasp of user experience and interface design principles.
  • Effective Communicator: Clearly articulate ideas and collaborate across teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience designing multi-channel services
  • Familiarity with spatial computing or mixed reality
  • Ability to visualize service blueprints and ecosystems
  • Comfortable conducting workshops and co-design sessions
