As a Service Designer at Analog, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our products and platforms integrate into real-world contexts. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, designing services that are intuitive, inclusive, and deeply human-centered. Collaborating closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and fellow designers, you will create service blueprints, design user flows, and ensure alignment of touchpoints across digital and physical environments.
Responsibilities
- Design Connected Experiences: Craft seamless, end-to-end service experiences that integrate digital, physical, and human interactions.
- Shape Systems and Journeys: Develop user journeys, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and flows that inform and inspire our product and engineering teams.
- Translate Vision into Reality: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex systems and enhance usability.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with researchers, engineers, product managers, and fellow designers to bring ideas from concept to launch.
- Prototype and Iterate: Bring concepts to life with prototypes—ranging from rough sketches to polished mockups—and validate through testing.
- Learn and Evolve: Stay curious, observe emerging patterns, and continually push the boundaries of what’s possible in service design.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years.
- Systems Thinking: Ability to spot patterns and relationships others may overlook.
- Human-Centered Mindset: Design with empathy, starting with real needs, behaviors, and environments.
- Strategic and Hands-On: Comfort in both shaping big-picture strategy and diving into interface design details.
- UX/UI Expertise: Proven ability to craft clean, intuitive digital experiences.
- Effective Communicator: Able to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate easily across teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing multi-channel services.
- Familiarity with spatial computing or mixed reality.
- Skill in visualizing service blueprints and ecosystems.
- Comfortable running workshops and co-design sessions.
