About the Job: As a Service Engineer at the company, you will provide service and support for the company's products, including maintenance services, diagnostics, installation and commissioning, start-up, and problem resolution. You will serve as a focal point for customer technical support, assisting with service contracts, projects, and technical solutions while advising customers on preventative maintenance and product performance enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks based on customer requirements. - Offer recommendations on product enhancements and system health checks. - Coordinate service project activities. - Conduct startup, installation, commissioning, fault analysis, and repairs on the company's Process Management products at customer sites. - Support Sales Engineers in demonstrating the company's products and providing guidance in product application and service. - Implement product/system configuration changes to meet customer needs. - Provide on-site customer instruction regarding the company's products. - Participate in an on-call rotation as needed. - Ensure compliance with the company's business processes, including documentation requirements. - Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies. Qualifications: - Associate level certification for all services performed at the site. - Understanding of Control & Instrumentation theory, including control loop configuration. - Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Control Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics). Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of the company's Process Management products and automation/control systems in process industries (2-4 years related experience). - Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Language Requirements: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
