Service Engineer - BMS job in Abu Dhabi

Position

The Service Engineer - BMS will be responsible for performing periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance on customer installations to ensure that applicable systems continue to perform reliably. Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining accurate project records and monitoring the performance of equipment, notifying Team Leads of recurring issues.
Monitoring graphic stations for error messages or alerts to ensure uninterrupted system operation.
Following industry and local physical security processes.
Timely response to customer calls to meet service level agreements.
Logging errors and resolutions to prevent system bottlenecks, and identifying potential upgrades/updates.
Material coordination with an operational focus, affecting overall outcomes and results within the job scope.
