Service Engineer - BMS

The Service Engineer - BMS will be responsible for performing periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance on customer installations to ensure that applicable systems continue to perform reliably. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining accurate project records and monitoring the performance of equipment, notifying Team Leads of recurring issues.
• Monitoring graphic stations for error messages or alerts to ensure uninterrupted system operation.
• Following industry and local physical security processes.
• Timely response to customer calls to meet service level agreements.
• Logging errors and resolutions to prevent system bottlenecks, and identifying potential upgrades/updates.
• Material coordination with an operational focus, affecting overall outcomes and results within the job scope.

Work Conditions:

• Salary: $5,500/hr - $6,000/hr
