Service Engineer- ELV

As a Service Engineer specializing in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, your primary responsibilities will include performing periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance on customer installations to ensure reliable system performance. You will maintain accurate project records while monitoring the performance of equipment and alerting Team Leads to any recurring issues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring graphic stations for error messages or alerts
• Ensuring uninterrupted system operation and adherence to industry and local physical security processes
• Timely response to customer calls to meet service level agreements
• Logging errors and resolutions to prevent system bottlenecks
• Identifying potential upgrades and coordinating materials
