Location: Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Understand and provide advanced support for Siemens Automation systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Utilize experience in the water, oil, gas, and petrochemical industries to address unique challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complex issues and optimizing Siemens Automation systems.
  • Service Operations Support: Collaborate with the service operations team on service requests, incidents, and escalations.
  • Problem Resolution: Independently resolve intricate customer issues and provide guidance to less experienced engineers.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of service activities, prepare technical reports for management and customers.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training and mentoring less experienced engineers, sharing expertise in Siemens Automation systems.
  • Collaboration: Work with customers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Safety: Promote a safety-first culture by following all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., electrical, automation, control systems).
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Siemens Automation systems.
  • Profound technical knowledge of systems, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
