Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Service Engineering function in project and customer meetings; develop and implement project execution philosophies and plans.
- Serve as a key technical interface with customers, ensuring professional representation of the company.
- Execute engineering activities such as design, manufacturing, system integration, factory testing, and on-site support.
- Develop HMI configurations and system databases according to project specifications.
- Coordinate with customers to finalize design concepts, documents, and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare project documentation including Panel Drawings, System Architecture, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, external regulations, and safety protocols.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing structured lessons learned.
- Perform system modifications, extensions, and upgrades, including Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
- Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, Automation, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience as an SCMS engineer with design, testing, and commissioning expertise.
- Strong command of Substation Automation Systems and relevant communication protocols (IEC 101, IEC 104, IEC 61850, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency with the company MicroSCADA and RTU systems.
- Experience with engineering tools such as MS Office, Visio, and related applications.
- Understanding of substation control logic and power system operational principles.
- Intermediate knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards and testing methodologies.
- Willingness to travel 20% to customer sites.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
