About the Role
Independent execution of maintenance, repairs, and safety-related inspections on the company products is key to this role. You will support customers in all service matters within the assigned territory in Saudi Arabia. The position is based centrally within the territory, requiring travel to customer sites to organize and execute work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Independently carry out maintenance, repairs, and safety-related inspections on the company products.
- Support products and customers in all service matters and document all service work in the documentation system.
- Act as a medical device advisor (support function, based on applicable medical device regulations).
- Work closely and coordinate with customers, as well as the internal and field sales teams.
- Provide cover in adjacent service territories when required.
- Prepare cost estimates and quotations for customers.
- Carry out quality-system responsibilities, including documentation of service work and the maintenance and processing of service orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and health standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, IEC, CE, and hospital-specific protocols).
- Achieve Service Targets.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
- Must be at least a Graduate; preference for Biomedical Engineers, Computer Science, or Telecommunication majors.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably with operation tables, surgical lights, pendants, tracking and integrated workflow systems.
- Completed training as a mechatronics, electrical, medical, or power-electronics technician, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience as a service or medical technician, electrical technician, or electronics technician.
- Field service experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of electronics, medical technology, and IT systems.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic desirable.
- Flexibility and reliability.
- Technical aptitude and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work independently.
- Team player with commitment and a strong sense of responsibility.
