Location: Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Full-time, with up to 40% travel required and the possibility of non-standard working hours. Domestic and international travel is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Execution & Technical Support: Perform on-site and remote service activities, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring timely and high-quality technical support.
- Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: Maintain strong customer relationships, align services with customer expectations, and identify new service sales opportunities.
- Operational Coordination & Documentation: Ensure availability of required materials and equipment, prepare service documentation and reports, and contribute to operational improvements.
- Safety, Communication & Flexibility: Uphold safety standards, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and adapt to demanding service schedules.
- Offshore Service Delivery: Execute offshore service work of low to medium complexity on-site, following ABB’s work instructions and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical.
- Industry Experience: Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Drilling Systems, with expertise in marine and offshore technologies.
- Technical Expertise: Skills in electrical propulsion, energy storage, hybrid systems, drilling systems, drives, motors, and integrated automation systems.
- Professional Attributes: Self-motivated, energetic, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.
