Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and review service delivery and engineering strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by enhancing customer service experiences and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop a team to enhance service availability and capabilities.
- Guide the execution teams to ensure they are well-resourced and equipped.
- Maintain accountability for quality control and the implementation of an integrated quality management system.
Qualifications:
- Over 15 years of experience in similar roles, particularly in automation and electrical systems within the Oil & Gas and Power & Water sectors.
- Experience with ADNOC and GCC customers in onshore and offshore environments.
- Proficiency in the company's systems (800xA, Infi90, Symphony Plus, etc.) and knowledge of industrial cybersecurity and networking solutions is highly beneficial.
- A degree in Engineering with expertise in automation systems and/or process applications.
- Strong communication skills in English, particularly with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
Language Requirements: English proficiency is essential.
