Position

Join the company as a Service Integration Leader and take charge of a dynamic role that puts you at the forefront of delivering exceptional IT services to our customers. As a Service Integration Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues, coordinating and managing service requests, and maintaining constant communication with customers throughout the service process. At the company, you'll have the opportunity to work with other IT teams, end-users, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure that service delivery is aligned with the needs and expectations of the business. You'll be instrumental in documenting and updating service management procedures and workflows, monitoring and reporting on service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring that our ITSM systems are maintained and updated to support efficient and effective service delivery. You'll also manage Service Support processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, ensuring compliance with these processes, and drive process improvements through service improvement plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver IT services efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards in all service delivery processes.
  • Manage and optimize operational processes and procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration and collaboration of multi-vendor environments to ensure cohesive service delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 10 years in Operations Management within multi-vendor environments, with a proven track record of successful service delivery.
  • ITIL Foundation Certified, SIAM Foundation Certified, ITIL Master, PMP (Project Management Professional), Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Oracle Integration Cloud Specialist.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with government clients and understanding of regulations and standards.
