As a Service Integration Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional IT services to our customers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues, coordinating and managing service requests while maintaining constant communication with customers, collaborating with IT teams, end-users, and stakeholders to ensure service delivery aligns with business needs, documenting and updating service management procedures and workflows, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance, managing Service Support processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, and driving process improvements through conducting post-resolution incident reviews.

Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver IT services, ensuring compliance with industry standards for service delivery processes, managing operational processes, enhancing service quality and efficiency, and overseeing the integration of multi-vendor environments for cohesive service delivery.
The role requires 10 years in Operations Management within multi-vendor environments with a proven track record of successful service delivery. Certifications such as ITIL Foundation Certified, SIAM Foundation Certified, ITIL Master, PMP (Project Management Professional), Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and Oracle Integration Cloud Specialist are required.
Preferred qualifications include strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience with government clients along with an understanding of regulations and standards.
