Service & Interaction Design Consultant - Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

The company is seeking a Service & Interaction Design Consultant focused on Emiratization and UAE Talent Development in Dubai, UAE. This position involves uncovering user needs through research and crafting how people will interact with the products and services designed. As a consultant, you will lead and participate in Service & Interaction Design activities, manage project-level tasks, and communicate design solutions effectively. You will also act as an ambassador for the company at various events and workshops.

To qualify, candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in Interaction Design and Service Design, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency in various design tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and more. The role requires skills in creating user journeys, service blueprints, and interaction models, as well as familiarity with rapid prototyping methods. This is a full-time on-site role with no specified language requirements.
