Detailed Job Duties

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Department.
  • Manage all aspects of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records for each repair performed by the Service Department.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members to help achieve company goals.
  • Monitor team productivity and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and other internal departments.
  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Service Manager role, preferably within an automotive dealership.
  • Experience working with multi-brand vehicles and managing teams.
  • Experience working with Body Shop Repairers.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality service and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
