As a Service Manager based in Oman, you will lead the depot team in delivering best-in-class service to clients while ensuring the maximum availability of equipment maintained and serviced according to established policies and procedures. Your role is crucial in achieving operational efficiency and supporting regional service demands, including the provision of Power & TC and ancillary services as required.

What You'll Do as Service Manager:

  • Manage the depot service team to meet forecasted goals, effectively oversee P&L responsibilities, and implement cost control measures within established guidelines and authority levels.
  • Actively lead the management of CDH, GSCS, audits, and PAV by conducting regular inspections and offering support as necessary.
  • Drive adherence to global operational directives and conduct monthly cost analyses in line with depot targets and set KPIs.
  • Oversee induction, performance appraisal, development, and training of direct reports, providing technical support to clients and internal teams as applicable.
  • Commit to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental protection in alignment with the company policies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and the completion of minimum QHSE training objectives.
  • Perform any other duties considered essential for effective operations and service as requested.

Here’s What You’ll Get:

  • Prior experience in the rental business at a supervisory level is essential.
  • Higher education qualification in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent, with extensive knowledge and experience in either mechanical or electrical fields, or both.
  • A valid local driving license is required, along with the ability to travel as needed.
  • Fluent command of the English language, both spoken and written, with effective communication skills.
  • Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy, including experience with documentation, soft reporting, and analytical tasks.
  • Ability to work independently, with a focus on quality, attention to detail, and the capability to meet deadlines.
