Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Take over projects from the sales team, clarify requirements, and perform overall project planning, including resource allocation and schedule preparation.
- Procurement and Subcontracting: Issue purchase orders and manage subcontractor engagements.
- Project Monitoring and Controlling: Continuously analyze and monitor project plans, cash flow, and revenue generation.
- Project Reporting: Assess project status and perform internal and external reporting.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and prepare mitigation plans.
- Contracts & Claim Management: Manage changes in project requirements and document agreements.
- Stakeholder Management & Customer Relations: Develop and execute a stakeholder management plan, ensuring regular communication and customer satisfaction feedback.
- Project Closeout: Manage project completion and organize final handover to the customer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- 10 years of overall project execution experience, especially in brownfield projects
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with full Profit & Loss responsibility
- Experience in site works, installation, testing, and commissioning is a plus
- Advance knowledge of medium and low voltage switchgears and protection & automation systems
- The company certified S-Category Project Manager, PMP or IPMA certification is a plus
- Experience in turn-key projects with direct customer and subcontractor interaction
