Service Project Specialist

ABB's Service Division partners with customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability, and sustainability of electrical products and installations. Our extensive service portfolio offers product care, modernization, and advisory services that enhance performance, extend equipment lifetime, and deliver new levels of operational and sustainable efficiency. We help customers maximize resource utilization and recover materials at the end of their useful life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis of plan versus actual project performance.
• Monitor, control, and release requests for invoicing.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and consistency based on assigned tasks and customer agreements.
• Review project plans to identify and address site safety and integrity issues prior to project commencement.

Qualifications for the Role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in service organizations, including 3 years in sales.
• Proficient in Salesforce, SAP booking, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English (reading and writing), with strong communication skills.
• Experienced in OHS, technical support, process optimization, and customer-centric sales practices.
