The company, an e& enterprise company, is seeking a talented and experienced Service Renewals Specialist (UAE National) to join our Service Operations Team. In this role, you will manage commercial and administrative tasks related to information security services. Your primary responsibilities will include creating, documenting, and processing service contracts, as well as ensuring the timely renewal of these contracts. You will collaborate closely with the Business Development team to prepare and provide all necessary information for contract closure and renewal. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing business contracts, while maintaining up-to-date information on contract assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in contract renewals and service contract opportunities.
- Support the Business Development Manager in renewals and service business.
- Maintain accurate customer, asset, and contract information.
- Obtain quotations from vendors/suppliers.
- Assist in drafting proposals and contracts for customers.
- Follow up with vendors for price quotes regarding renewals.
- Create and manage an asset list on SharePoint for customers.
- Facilitate business phone calls as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-5 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Experience with IT distributors and vendors.
- Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Logistics and Procurement.
- Basic computer skills and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong calculation skills for managing renewal figures.
- Proficiency in Arabic (reading and writing) is advantageous.
- Fast learner and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
- Well-organized and team-oriented.
