As a Service Transformation & Innovation Intern at Oracle, you will have the opportunity to support various initiatives within process excellence and digital transformation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting process mapping, documentation, and improvement initiatives in key service delivery areas such as escalations, onboarding, renewals, and cash collection.
- Assisting in the gathering, analysis, and visualization of service metrics and KPIs, including the creation of dashboards and real-time reports.
- Contributing to the design, testing, and deployment of automation tools and supporting research into AI-enabled solutions.
- Preparing materials for management reviews and internal communications to promote new operational methods.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated interest in digital transformation, process excellence, and technology-driven change.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis (Excel/Sheets required).
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or French is a plus.
- Collaborative and resourceful, with a strong desire for learning and innovation.
Work Conditions
This position is classified as a Student/Intern role, and it does not require a security clearance. It is important to note that visa/work permit sponsorship is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
