ServiceNow Architect

About the Job:
As a ServiceNow Architect at the company, you will be instrumental in driving transformational journeys for some of the world’s largest businesses. This full-time on-site role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requires deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, including CMDB, Service Catalog, Workflows, and Business Rules. You will engage directly with clients, articulate complex technical concepts, and coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver effective technology and engineering solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB
• Service Catalog, Workflows, Business Rules
• Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server)
• Data Migration, Transform Maps, and large data loads
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, performance considerations, and best practices for out-of-the-box vs. customization

Leadership & Soft Skills:

• Strong client-facing communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
• Comfortable engaging with senior leadership, Steering Committees (SteerCo), and executive stakeholders
• Structured, calm, and decisive in high-pressure or escalated project environments
• Strong ownership mindset, capable of driving decisions and delivering outcomes
• Collaborative leader, able to align architects, developers, testers, and vendors toward common delivery goals
