Position

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Responsibilities:

Work with C-level and executive stakeholders to identify digital transformation needs.
Shape and scope project opportunities and work on proposals.
Monitor market trends to develop and drive business cases for service development.
Provide thought leadership through publications and participation in industry conferences.
Ensure successful project delivery by addressing critical issues and exploring additional transformation opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, and 12+ years of consulting experience.
Ability to present technology choices effectively to clients.
Full flexibility in work hours and willingness to travel nationally or internationally.
Strong understanding of the ITIL framework; certification preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
Required Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS) and knowledge of web technologies and APIs.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and collaborative abilities.
