Responsibilities:
- Work with C-level and executive stakeholders to identify digital transformation needs.
- Shape and scope project opportunities and work on proposals.
- Monitor market trends to develop and drive business cases for service development.
- Provide thought leadership through publications and participation in industry conferences.
- Ensure successful project delivery by addressing critical issues and exploring additional transformation opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, and 12+ years of consulting experience.
- Ability to present technology choices effectively to clients.
- Full flexibility in work hours and willingness to travel nationally or internationally.
- Strong understanding of the ITIL framework; certification preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Required Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS) and knowledge of web technologies and APIs.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and collaborative abilities.
