The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise integration patterns. They should also be proficient in ServiceNow connectors, web technologies, and the platform's scripting languages, with the following key responsibilities:

Expertise in integrating with SAML, SSO, LDAP, Active Directory, etc.
Experience in large-scale enterprise deployments and integrations.
Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, etc.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to work independently and lead technical teams.
