Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end architecture solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead implementation of modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMS, SecOps, CMDB, and SPM.
- Define platform governance, standards, and development best practices.
- Architect integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, IntegrationHub, LDAP/SAML/OAuth.
- Guide developers, admins, and consultants during implementation.
- Conduct architecture reviews and technical assessments.
- Ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Design CMDB and service mapping strategies.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support upgrade planning and platform roadmap initiatives.
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, UI Policies, Service Portal/UI Builder, and IntegrationHub.
- JavaScript and scripting proficiency.
- Experience with cloud technologies and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and CMDB architecture.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly valued
- ITIL Foundation Certification
Experience Requirements:
- 7–15+ years in IT
- 4–8+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Experience leading large enterprise implementations
- Experience handling multi-instance architecture and governance
