Qualifications:
- 5+ years in enterprise architecture roles, ideally with financial services.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale solutions with a strong security and compliance focus.
- Strong grasp of integration patterns, data modeling, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – required.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator – required.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) – desirable.
- TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification – desirable.
- Cloud Architect certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) – desirable.
