ServiceNow Architect

The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and driving digital transformation across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and oversee the architecture of ServiceNow implementations across multiple business units.
• Lead design authority meetings and approve technical solutions and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop high-level architecture diagrams, workflows, and technical documentation.
• Guide development teams and mentor junior architects and developers.
• Ensure platform performance, manage upgrade cycles, and implement new release functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT, HR, and operations, to align platform capabilities with strategic goals.
• Evaluate new features and provide recommendations for adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SACM, and related modules.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with ServiceNow data models, scripting, and API integrations (REST, SOAP).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) – Preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Nice to have.
• ITIL Foundation Certification – Strongly preferred.
