ServiceNow Architect

This role is focused on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its architecture aligns with industry best practices and meets specific business needs. The responsibilities include developing a comprehensive architectural blueprint, leading the implementation of various ServiceNow modules, and overseeing integrations with other enterprise systems. Customization and development of applications, as well as establishing governance and best practices, are key components of the position.

The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions while providing guidance to development teams. A commitment to continuous improvement through staying updated on the latest features and identifying process automation opportunities is essential.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, with a preference for an advanced degree. Candidates should have over 7 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically working with the ServiceNow platform. Proven experience in implementation, customization, and integration of ServiceNow solutions is crucial, along with a background in a leadership or architectural role in complex IT environments.

Relevant certifications include the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) as mandatory, while the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is preferred. Additional certifications in ITSM or ITOM are advantageous.

Skills Needed: A strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, proficiency in its development alongside excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are required. The candidate should also demonstrate the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
