Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules and integrating with other systems and applications.
- Experience leading and participating in large-scale ServiceNow projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ServiceNow certification, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), is preferred.
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation.
