ServiceNow Business Consultant

As a ServiceNow Business Consultant at the company, you will play a vital role in collaborating with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. Your primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions using the ServiceNow platform, configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, and integrating them with third-party applications. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with various systems and applications, and offer technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow. Additionally, you will develop technical documentation, provide training and support to end-users, and lead large-scale ServiceNow projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Several years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules and integrating with other systems and applications.
• Experience leading and participating in large-scale ServiceNow projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ServiceNow certification, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), is preferred.
• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation.
