ServiceNow Consultant

This position requires a ServiceNow Consultant who will be primarily based on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and work full-time. The consultant will be responsible for managing and developing project plans, resource allocation, and ensuring projects meet their objectives on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include effective communication with stakeholders, overseeing business development strategies, conducting market research, facilitating risk management, and actively participating in solution development discussions.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business administration, computer science, or information technology. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required, along with experience in managing ServiceNow projects. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, alongside analytical abilities and a deep understanding of ITIL and IT service management frameworks. Desirable qualifications include ServiceNow certifications in areas such as Administration, IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, or Custom Application Development.

Candidates should also display excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills, and be adept in risk management. The role demands strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members, along with the capability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Willingness to travel is a must.
