As a Consultant/Senior Consultant at Deloitte in Riyadh, you will play a vital role in harnessing the innovative capabilities of ServiceNow to deliver exceptional value to our clients. Your responsibilities will include creating forms, workflows, and prototypes, as well as designing, coding, and testing technical solutions. Working within a collaborative environment, you will develop applications for modern data capture and ensure compliance with the best practices outlined by Deloitte. Your expertise will also extend to integrating ServiceNow applications with third-party systems using APIs, ensuring both efficiency and effectiveness in your technical deliverables. You will be actively engaged throughout the entire development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and system design.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience as a technical consultant/architect/developer
- Understanding of MySQL databases
- Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-Now Platform
- Working knowledge in ServiceNow Configuration Management, System Administration, and Implementation
- At least 2 years of ServiceNow experience
- Understanding of enterprise IT architecture and ITSM
- Experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with web services integration, specifically SOAP and REST
- Strong technical knowledge in Service-Now Tool Out-of-the-Box (OOB) Concepts like Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Actions, and Business Rules
- Experience with Application UI and Workflow configuration
- Preferred: ServiceNow Implementation certification
