ServiceNow Contract Lifecycle Management CLM Consultant Banking

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CLM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and a background in the Banking/Financial Services sector. This role involves implementing and supporting ServiceNow CLM solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure efficient contract lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow CLM solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation.
• Manage contract lifecycle processes including contract creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
• Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CLM.
• Background in Banking/Financial Services is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with data migration and testing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow certification is a plus.
