About the Role / About the Job
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CLM Consultant with robust hands-on experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and a background in the Banking/Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow CLM solutions while ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into actionable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow CLM solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation.
• Manage contract lifecycle processes including contract creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
• Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CLM.
• Banking/Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with data migration and testing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow certification is a plus.
