Job Description

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Enhance UI/UX for internal users through custom widgets and portals using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
• Integrate external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and mid-server configurations.
• Maintain platform performance, security & SOX compliance, and user access controls.
• Participate in upgrades, testing cycles, and documentation for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for ServiceNow incidents and enhancements.
• Train and provide knowledge transfers to new members of the team.
• Support Go-live and hyper care phases.
• Conduct technical assessments of new plugins installation and configuration to set up business processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, standards, agile working methodologies, and tools while ensuring adherence to coding and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of ServiceNow development and product delivery experience within modules/applications. Preferred ServiceNow Application expertise aligning with IHS (Telco Tower industry).
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, Integration Hub, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Proficient in scripting for Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, Portal Pages, UI Pages, Reporting, and Platform Analytics Dashboards set up.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, FSM, EAM / HAM.
• Knowledge of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development frameworks.
