Job Description
As a ServiceNow GRC Consultant, you will be responsible for the delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project. You will understand various technologies to provide technical implementation and support services that meet customer requirements. Your tasks may include:
- Performing development and programming tasks
- Configuring systems, troubleshooting errors, and testing system performance
- Contributing to the design of technical solutions for customer environments
You will work under the supervision of business line/technical leads and collaborate with customer representatives to accomplish assigned tasks. Maintaining professional relationships with team members and customers is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Software Engineering with a CGPA of 3.5 or higher
- 0-1 year of experience in relevant fields
- Strong knowledge in front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular JS, jQuery, HTML5, CSS)
- Experience with relational database structures and object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with digital transformation and enterprise applications
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong project management knowledge
- Ability to define, agree upon, and independently execute project scope within planned time, cost, and quality objectives
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English
- Positive attitude, hard worker, and a team player
Additional Information
Preferred qualifications include:
- A strong academic background (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields)
- More than 10 years of experience
- Information Security certifications such as CISSP, ECSA, ISO27001, or CISA
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, SABSA)
- Project or program management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, MSP)
- Experience in a cybersecurity services organization
- Familiarity with security technologies and assessment frameworks
