ServiceNow | Operations Manager

As a ServiceNow specialist at the company, you will play a key role in the planning, growth, and structure of businesses. You will lead projects and provide strategic direction across accounts to deliver a superior client experience. Your responsibilities will include defining how engagements impact broader business objectives and building a team environment that fosters accountability and commitment to engagement objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of the client’s ServiceNow strategy and operating model, ensuring proper alignment between business strategy and IT strategy.
• Manage and advance relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor, and identifying value-generating initiatives to accelerate the pace of change.
• Develop and automate IT processes to generate efficiencies, while leading a robust ServiceNow implementation and defining integration points with the broader business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of ServiceNow or relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Multiple ServiceNow mainline accreditations, including ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect.
• Experience managing large, complex projects within a consulting environment.

Work Conditions

• Willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time.
• Flexibility in work hours to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment.
