Platform Design and Architecture:
- Develop and maintain the architectural blueprint of the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure alignment of the platform architecture with industry best practices and organizational standards.
- Design scalable and secure solutions leveraging the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.

Implementation and Integration:
- Lead the implementation of various ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others as needed.
- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms.

Customization and Development:
- Oversee customizations of ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs.
- Lead the development of custom applications and modules, ensuring documentation and maintenance are prioritized.

Governance and Best Practices:
- Establish and enforce platform governance and best practices, conducting regular reviews of performance, scalability, and security.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to development and administrative teams while communicating with senior management on platform strategy and performance.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and user experience enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

Experience:
- 7+ years in IT, including at least 5 years with the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation, customization, and integration.
- Leadership or architectural experience in complex IT environments.

Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM) are a plus.

Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and capabilities.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
