ServiceNow Platform Architect

This position involves developing and maintaining the overall architectural blueprint of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards. The role includes designing scalable and secure solutions, leading the implementation of various ServiceNow modules (including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM), and overseeing integration with other enterprise systems. Responsibilities further extend to customizing applications to meet business needs, establishing platform governance, and performing regular reviews of performance and security. Stakeholder management is crucial, as is the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical audiences. Continuous improvement initiatives are essential for enhancing user experience and efficiency on the platform.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

• 7+ years in IT, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow platform implementations, customizations, and integrations. Leadership experience in a complex IT environment is required.

Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is preferred. Additional certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM) are a plus.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM), strong understanding of platform capabilities, and proficiency in development tools (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs). Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential, along with the capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently.
