Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
- 7+ years in IT, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow platform implementations, customizations, and integrations. Leadership experience in a complex IT environment is required.
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is preferred. Additional certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM) are a plus.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM), strong understanding of platform capabilities, and proficiency in development tools (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs). Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential, along with the capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently.
