As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will be responsible for the overall architectural design and implementation of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Platform Design and Architecture: Develop and maintain the architectural blueprint of the ServiceNow platform, designing scalable and secure solutions.
- Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, ensuring data consistency and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Customization and Development: Oversee customization of ServiceNow applications to align with business needs and lead development of custom applications while ensuring proper documentation.
- Governance and Best Practices: Establish platform governance, conduct performance and security reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions, provide technical guidance, and communicate effectively with senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and trends, identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhancing user experience.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years in IT with at least 5 years focused on the ServiceNow platform; proven experience in implementation, customization, and integration.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred; additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM); strong understanding of platform capabilities and architecture; proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs); excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
