The successful candidate will design and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, focusing on the Enterprise Service Catalogue. This role includes developing technical architecture and frameworks to support the enterprise-wide deployment of ServiceNow Platform Management. The Platform Architect will oversee the health, stability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform while ensuring that best practices are followed for configuration, customization, and development.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and Design Solutions:
- Design and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop technical architecture and frameworks for enterprise-wide deployment.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams for seamless integration with other systems and platforms.

Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation related to architecture, design, and implementation.

Problem Solving and Support:
- Address and resolve technical issues associated with the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide support for ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and new releases.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in ServiceNow platform architecture and administration.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Service Catalogue module.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and certifications.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflow configuration, scripting, UI policies, data policies, client scripts, business rules, and ACLs.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS).
- Familiarity with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs).
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
