About the Job
As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive ServiceNow solutions with a focus on the Enterprise Service Catalogue. Your key responsibilities will include:

Architect and Design Solutions: Develop technical architecture and frameworks to support the enterprise-wide deployment of ServiceNow Platform Management. Oversee the health, stability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring best practices are maintained in configuration, customization, and development.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and platforms.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams while staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices.

Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain documentation related to the architecture, design, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform.

Problem Solving and Support: Address and resolve technical issues and challenges related to the ServiceNow platform. Provide support for ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and new releases.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and administration. Proven experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Service Catalogue module, IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Service Catalogue.
- Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and certifications.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflow configuration, scripting, UI policies, data policies, client scripts, business rules, and ACLs.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS).
- Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
