About the Job
As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, specifically focusing on the Enterprise Service Catalogue. Your responsibilities will include developing the technical architecture necessary for the enterprise-wide deployment of ServiceNow Platform Management, ensuring the health, stability, and performance of the platform. You will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with best practices for configuration, customization, and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and Design Solutions:

  • Design and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions with a focus on the Enterprise Service Catalogue.
  • Develop technical architecture and frameworks for the deployment of ServiceNow.
  • Oversee the health, stability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform.

• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

• Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices.

• Governance and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to the architecture, design, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform.

• Problem Solving and Support:

  • Address and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide support for ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and new releases.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and administration.
  • Proven experience with the ServiceNow Enterprise Service Catalogue module.
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
  • Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and certifications.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in ServiceNow capabilities (workflow configuration, scripting, UI policies, data policies, client scripts, business rules).
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS).
  • Familiarity with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs).

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions
