Position: ServiceNow Platform Architect (Enterprise Service Catalogue)
Key Responsibilities:

Architect and Design Solutions:
- Design and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions with a focus on the Enterprise Service Catalogue.
- Develop technical architecture and frameworks to support the enterprise-wide deployment of ServiceNow Platform Management.
- Oversee the health, stability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure best practices are followed for configuration, customization, and development.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and platforms.

Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices.

Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the architecture, design, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform.

Problem Solving and Support:
- Address and resolve technical issues and challenges related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide support for ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and new releases.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and administration.
- Proven experience with the ServiceNow Enterprise Service Catalogue module.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and certifications.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflow configuration, scripting, UI policies, data policies, client scripts, business rules, and ACLs.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS).
- Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs.
